Saturday, March 14, Renaissance Cafe will be raising funds for the Vredevelt family.
As you probably know by now, Nathan Vredevelt, who had Downs Syndrome, was struck by two cars on the I-5 freeway on March 1 and was hospitalized several days with severe head injuries until he passed away on March 5. The family's insurance had expired the day before, which leaves them open to extremely high medical bills.
Longbottom Coffee has agreed to provide espresso beans, and the church will provide the other ingredients. So every dime of espresso sales on Saturday will go to benefit the Vredevelt family.
Please make everyone you know aware of this event, so we can maximize the impact of our efforts.
The Cafe is open 7AM to 3PM Monday through Saturday.
